Power Living
Power Living - the application and success of goal setting, exercise and nutrition. It occurs when the individual performs optimally in their defined life role, whether at work, at play, with family, or with friends.

Play with Power Play with Power - the application and success of goal setting, exercise and nutrition. It is realized when an athlete performs maximally in their defined sport role.

7-Habits of Power-Living Do not change who you are. Change what you do.

  • Have a Plan – A plan acts like your roadmap to success. It helps you focus, reminds you where you want to go, and helps you get there faster.
  • Eat Right – Don’t diet – eat right! - Eating right should leave you looking good, feeling good, and with enough energy for work and play.
  • Structured Resistance Training – Regular resistance training is a major factor in weight management, increased strength and energy, and reduced health risks.
  • Structured Cardiovascular Training – Gaining Cardio benefits does not mean you will be running a marathon. As little as 20 minutes of continuous exercise at a heart rate of between 120-140 beats per minute, daily, is all you need.
  • Supplement – Busy schedules can play havoc with your nutritional needs. Proper supplementation is a safe and effective way to ensure that your body is getting what it needs.
  • Hydrate – Everyone know that you need water to survive, but do you know why? Water plays a major role in every major bodily function from metabolism to temperature control.
  • Achieve Your Goals and Set Them Higher – Don’t be satisfied with just meeting your goals. Setting new goals will motivate you to keep Power-Living.
