- Fitness system (Actions systems to get employees moving)
- Food curriculum and system (Ensure that cooks are providing the best nutrition possible for the heath and performance of the crew in the tastiest manner) if applicable
- Support system (System of education, support and growth for all stakeholders in the program), on site education
