Definitions Fitness Company is seeking wellness and fitness professionals to join its growing company.

Definitions is hiring both advanced and introductory level Wellness and Strength Coaches.

Advanced Position
(Corporate Wellness Coach)

The successful candidate can come from kinesiology, physiotherapy or related fields. This dynamic individual will work in a variety of environments delivering our industry-leading health, wellness and safety curriculums. The candidate must be independent and be able to work well with a team, be a strong public speaker and be able to motivate and coach diverse populations.

Introductory Position
(Definitions Fitness Facility Strength and Conditioning Coach.)

The successful candidate will execute Definitions training systems with its clients. The individuals must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, work well independently and be able to coach and motivate a diverse demographic base.

For both positions, Definitions will provide significant training and professional development before the chosen candidates begin client and customer interaction.

The selected applicants must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule and possess a health and wellness-related degree and/or personal training certification from a reputable organization.

Compensation depends on education, responsibility and experience.
